Igniva Calicut trade center is an iconic structure designed in the heart of Calicut city. The building showcases an magnificent outlook to the existing context. The idea of the project is to generate a built structure which serves to accommodate large events.

ALL INDIA SPICE EXPORTERS FORUM ZONAL OFFICE KOCHI

The project primarily focus on building up a very unique office space for AISEF. The basic idea has been made from the cubical form with grid pattern of same volume.

POYYA RESORT

County Coconut Resort proposed to be set in scenic Poyya, Thrissur is a lakeside property spread across 2.36 Acres, overlooking poyya lake. The star hotel features an in-house restaurant, and a choice of executive and deluxe cottages.

RANGERS ADIMALY

Rangers hotel adimali is a renovation project completed in 2018. The prior idea behind the project was to develop a unique face to the exisiting built structure which enables the hotel to show the unique spatial quality and continue to attract travelers from afar to stay and experience.

RAMADA KOCHI

Ramada Kochi is one of the finest renovation project which showcases a brief interconnection of nature with peculiar design approaches.

The location of the project is quite privilege with breath-taking scenic views which guided the development of

the project and makes it an exuberant beauty.

RESORT WAYANAD

A design proposal for a resort prototype on a hill top in the interiors of Muthanga, Wayanad. The proposal included a single unit of area less than 900sqft.

ALAN RESIDENCE

This two-storied residence is located amidst the busy urban Cochin city. Focussing on the porfession of the client, who is a photographer, a calm, intimate, open and functional space is designed.

PIOUS ROBEST RESIDENCE KAKKANAD

The design evolved as a series of built spaces filled with natural light and ventilation which creates a refined contemporary aesthetic. A flow of spaces is created in between the 3 zones where the semi-private zone marks the best common area which binds the family members with the outdoor courtyard.

NOUSHAD RESIDENCE

This residential context of the site is in close proximity towards the Cochin city yet with more relaxing air and comfortable surroundings. The design evolved as a response to the orientation and wide view towards the site which is hence utilized to bring in the viewer's attention onto the façade.

Mane Kancor kalamassery is one among the mainstream projects of our fraternity. The project focus on revamping the interiors. A unique touch to every spaces inside the built structure was our prior moto. Kancor corporate office is an conventional office system includings officals, crew, research development etc. Each spaces should showcase an specific identity.

VENGERA RESIDENCE

Vengara Residence was one of the most challenging yet fascinating project of our architecture fraternity. The residence is nestled in lush coconut plantation in Malappuram district of Kerala with a total site area of 2.52 acers and spread massing of 13500sqft built area.

IGNIVA HOTEL

IGNIVA Restaurant combines the intimacy of contemporary style with the urbanity of a city level space. In the bustling city if calicut Igniva thrive to be one of its kind. The Restaurant is a well designed space for exclusive cuisine and cafe in the grand igniva hotel.

MANI RESIDENCE, TAMIL NADU

The proposed masterplan incorporates a sports complex in the front and the residence further into the site. A separate entrance and the tennis court that acts as a buffer zone helps to uphold the public and private ambience of the sports complex and the residence respectively.

ANUGRAHA RESIDENCE, COIMBATORE

Anugraha Residence is a renovation project completely done in Morocan style. Location of the project is at pollachi , Tamil Nadu. The prior idea is to combine both building structure and interior into one single design language.

LIVIT APARTMNENT

The livit apartment is a proposed projecy which focuses on building a functional apartment structure. The location is at Kalamassery, Kochi a prime location offering best amenities. The project prior design intervention was on utilizing the limited land available to its fullest.

TC DINER, EAST FORT, THRISSUR

Aspiring to become a landmark near Jubilee Mission hospital, East Fort, CurvedDimension's latest restaurant project proposal is a diner set in one of Thrissur's most accessible spots. Its essence and management have been envisioned by a young team of entrepreneurs stepping fresh into the field of F & B services.

INDEL M27 THRIPPUNITHARA

This commercial building is designed in the city center with a mixed-use surrounding consisting of residential spaces, offices and retail spaces. This building focusses on retail rent-out spaces which can bring ease to trade and commerce in the locality.

8 WINGS

This project features 8 elegant villas located near IMG junction in Kakkanad. The project strikes the perfect balance between connectivity and tranquility in a very calm location which makes the project one of the most sought after home in Kochi.

DMF OFFICE

This unique project is designed for the Divine Mercy Fellowship, a Christian community. The client's requirement was a get-together space for the community which included auditoriums, office rooms, recording studios, editing rooms, classrooms and dormitories. This project adds tranquility to the inmates by focusing on get-together spaces for worship.

ANOOP RESIDENCE

Making best out of the limited space was the prime focus of the project. The client's requirement was a residence for themselves along with a provision for an office room and a rent-out residential space on the top floor. This 3-storied project encompasses an outdoor deck space which adds volume to the internal family space.

KANCOR VENDING MACHINE

Vending machine is a project based on three fundamental considerations, a smaller budget, development of a recognizable image and a lesser execution time.
