PIOUS ROBEST RESIDENCE
Location:Â Kakkanad, Kochi
Client : Mr. Pious Robest
The design evolved as a series of built spaces filled with natural light and ventilation which creates a refined contemporary aesthetic. A louvre design with cotton steel finish is introduced in both elevation and compound wall design.
A balcony space is provided in the first floor alongside the bedroom. Concrete polishing is used in both exterior and interior walls in selected areas as a highlight element.

INTERIOR
The double heighted family living room along with the courtyard is the main active zone of the residence.
The subtle wooden details add a tint of luxury to the colour palette hence adding a minimal yet elegant look to the interiors.
