The livit apartment is a proposed projecy which focuses on building a functional apartment structure. The location is at Kalamassery, Kochi a prime location offering best amenities. The project prior design intervention was on utilizing the limited land available to its fullest.
The apartment is a 13 storey fully functional and legible design offering 91 apartment units. 2 basement parking facility has been designed with maximum capacity.
The ground floor is where the common areas have been provided this includes gym, reception, helpdesk etc. Â The 91 apartment units are of 2bhk , 3bhk respectively. One of the design intervention made on to the design wh8ch enhances the anesthetic quality as well as the inner ambience is the balcony.
A interplay of balcony on the alternative floor has been made. This enhances the quality of the building providing a different user experience. The common areas are designed on the top floor which includes pool and other recreational spaces.
