The design deliberately directs all the active spaces towards the internal open courtyard, which acts as the heart of the residence.

The clean lines and the contemporary aesthetics of the design is unfolded to 3 levels which is interconnected through linear corridors which makes it stand out from the surrounding context.

The ground floor houses the double height formal living room, dining, kitchen and two bedrooms. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms and family living and a photography studio onto the 3rd floor.
