ICTC CALIICUT

Igniva Calicut trade center is an iconic structure designed in the heart of Calicut city. The building showcases a magnificent outlook to the existing context. The idea of the project is to generate a built structure which serves to accommodate large events.

KANCOR OFFICE

Mane Kancor kalamassery is one among the mainstream projects of our fraternity. The project focus on revamping the interiors. A unique touch to every spaces inside the built structure was our prior moto. Kancor corporate office is an conventional office system includings officals, crew, research development etc. Each spaces should showcase an specific identity.

RAMADA

The location of the project is quite privilege with breath-taking scenic views which guided the development of
the project and makes it an exuberant beauty. The concept has been developed from the spirit of nature which briefly describes about the intercalation of land and water.

AISEF

The projects primarily focus on building up a very unique office space for AISEF. The basic idea has been made from the cubical form with grid pattern of same volume. The cubicles has been rearranged with proper extensions making it more intact. Small pockets has been made especially to incorporate green space on to the design which basically create a sense of connection between the users and the space.

ALAN RESIDENCE

This two-storied residence is located amidst the busy urban Cochin city. Focussing on the porfession of the client, who is a photographer,  a calm, intimate, open and functional space is designed.  The design deliberately directs all the active spaces towards the internal open courtyard, which acts as the heart of the residence. The clean lines and the contemporary aesthetics of the design is unfolded to 3 levels which is interconnected through linear corridors  which makes it stand out from the surrounding context.

INDEL M27

This commercial building is designed in the city centre with a mixed-use surrounding consisting of residential spaces, offices and  retail spaces. This building focusses on retail rent-out spaces which can bring ease to trade and commerce in the locality. The colourful glass facade feature makes the building stand out and varied to the common eyes. This acts as a unique landmark in 
the busy context.
